Foot Guard

Foot protection for those required locations to have steel toe shoes. Great for visitors or other employees that must enter into an area where foot protection is required. The foot guards are metal shields worn over shoes for maximum protection to the entire foot – instep as well as toes – against falling, rolling, or flying objects or accidental tool blows. They are designed to withstand an impact of 75 foot pounds, with a large safety factor designed in. Foot guards fit any shoe (no rights or lefts), with 5″ (average) and 5 1/2″ (large) widths. They are light enough to be worn comfortably all day. To keep the guard properly positioned, it has a rubber toe clip, crossbar, and either a one-piece rubber strap with a tension buckle, or a two-piece leather strap with a spring fastening device. Extending the full length of the guard, with antiskid tread, these durable rubber soles are flexible and comfortable. Flange prevents dirt from getting inside the guard, protecting shoes. Foot guards are available in aluminum alloy or steel, with equal protection from either material. Per Federal Regulations, guards provide protection equal to AIMSI-Z41

Metatarsal Guard

Metatarsal Guard is designed to be worn with most lace types of Safety Toe Shoes to provide comfortable low cost metatarsal protection. This model has a spring fastening device to hold the guard in place on Safety Toe Shoes without laces.

The toe guards fit any shoe, provide maximum toe protection, and cause no discomfort because they don’t encase the toe. They are light enough to be worn comfortably all day.
